重点是“necessary”
个人觉得啊，做逻辑题的加强，就是对“结论”的“依据”进行补充，两个要素缺一不可
比如这道题里面，“结论”是员工不走了，“依据”是informal, nonhierarchical work environment
B中“依据”的这种环境是员工认为必要的，与“结论”员工不走直接相关；D中虽然对“依据”这种环境持正态度，但是和“结论”，员工不走了，员工需要，一点直接关系都没有，不能咱们觉得有关系就有关系，毕竟出题人没点出来~

避免讨论他们对工作的不满并不说明他们就满意自己的工作了，说不定只是只是藏在心里啊是！！。前半句没有问题，问题错在后半句

我也会觉得BD本质相同，殊途同归。但还是会义无反顾的赌B。因为B有“necessary” for their work 这个说法。也就是说：此条件是必须的，没有不行。人家都说了没有不行了，你没有，那必然不行咯
