答案：C，但是B项为何不对？不太理解OG的解释：

OG B项解释：“B this is not well supported. the passage leaves open the possibility that a company that advances
the quality of its products would still fail to meet the expectations of its customers.”

This is a must-be-true question, one of the easiest for CR because the answer HAS been stated in the stimulus. You job is just to find it!

C is totally true.

B is wrong because the words "is certain to fail." Nothing in the world is certain except tax and death! Even in the GMAT world. A company may not correctly anticipate the expactation of its customers.  However, the same company can still advance the quality of its product. Just in a different way from that of the expectation.

However, if option is changed into "may be fail in", it is also

wrong, because the passage says nothing about anticipation.
We have nothing about a company that anticipates expectation, so

anything drawn from this company is wrong, because it is irrelevant.
