关于申请表和网上申请的区别和问题。

现在越来越多的学校都改成（倡议）网上直接申请，
但是我还是想做paper申请，
如果这样，是不是把各个学校在网站上提供的PDF打印出来，
填好在寄给学校就行了？

Yes, you download the pdf. application form from schools' website. After you fill in these forms, put everything, application form, essays, recommendation letter, your transcript, and diploma, in one package and send to school.

地址是不是在网页上的那个联系地址。。。

about the evelop, more depends on how you mail it

about the address, pls refer to the application instruction in the application package. sometime it is the same address as the contact one, sometimes not. make sure!!
