Coming back from Kelley interview
Just had my interview with Kelley yesterday morning. The whole interview lasted for about 50 minutes. I had a good conversation with the assistant director of the admission officers.
Questions:
1. Describe yourself;
2. Leadership style;
3. What\'s the good thing about working with a group;
4. Strengths and weaknesses.
For me, I just told the admission officer a lot of my stories.
Lessons:
Take the initiative. Don\'t just sit there to answer questions passively. Be yourself and feel relaxed. Before I had my interview, I thought that ok, just take it as a trip to Bloomington and have a conversation with someone.
Bloomington is a beautiful small town. A lot of small hills and woods. It\'s close to a state park. |
