楼主，我想你选C的原因是因为没有分析好spend在这里到底是修饰那个成分的，如果选C的话，spend 和impose，require的待遇相同，都是plan的谓语，但是plan不可能是spend的执行者，其实spending是用来修饰前面doctors 滴，doctors spend less time with each patient才说的通啊。不知你理解了否？
