我是打算申请商学院的MASTER,不是MBA, 学校里关于国际学生的费用说明,有奖学金, 可以申请,但后面又说是有限,不应该只依赖学校的奖学金,那在申请时要不要做财产证明呢?做了财产证明,学校是不是不会给你奖学金呢?

签证时才需要.
学校考虑是否录取,跟你的财产情况无关.

Some schools like Carnegie, Duke require you to provide FS, but many other top schools don't do the same way.

So investigate the schools carefully...

All the schools require, except you get full scholarship. As for the money, it depends. At least the tuition and expenses for the first school year.
