请教如何的工作背景更适合申请美国名校的MBA

各位G友，我一直想申请美国的优秀商学院读MBA--Operation Management方向。已经在一家世界500强的欧洲通信企业工作了4年Operation Supervisor头衔，GT成绩都还不错。现在有一家美国的通信企业（NASDAQ上市公司）想挖做Purchasing Manager职位。
从在今后一两年中申请美国名校MBA的角度，请问哪家公司的背景更加有利。（后者的影响力不如前者，但给出的职位更高。）
请大家不吝赐教！

I suggest you to work with the company listed in Nasdaq for both career advancement and MBA admission.The reasons are as follows:
1. This career change is reasonable (you have convinced me of your choice through the background introductionl); I have a client from a small US-based company last year. I helped her with the self-marketing design emphasizing the transfer from the state-owned enterprise to a small high-growth foreign company for bigger challenges in the cross-culture environment. She was admitted into two top 10 bschools with scholarships.
2. you might have opportunities to become unique in the new company that has high growth and emerging opportunities. However, the Fortune 500 company will keep you on the traditional track as a sterotype MBA candidate.
