Here it is. Interviewed with a director in a VC firm (00 alum). He got bachelor from Harvard, and MBA from Stanford. He is very nice, though. I caught a very bad cold before I did my Stanford interview (FT~ talk about bad timing!), and looked very tired during the interview. Spoke very slowly. Don't know what my interviewer will think of me. >_< Anyway, here is the questions he asked. 1) Introduce yourself, and walk through resume 2) Leadership example 3) Failure 4) What did you do out of pure curiosity, meaning, not for degree, not for score, not for anything else, but curiosity? (Didn't expect such question, and didn't answer it very well). 5) Greatest achievement. 6) Questions for him. Don't remember much, because of my bad cold~~~ For R2 applicants, please prepare for the curiosity question. It is on the standard question list given by Stanford GSB to alumni. |
