选C，看了一下之前的帖子，也有人问过这题的充分必要性的问题，但没解决==
C中说only if 我觉得不妥，文章中并没有说 只有这一个办法才能使 M公司meet its goal啊
文中的逻辑链是 increase quality推meet expectation，meet expectation is M's goal
C中的逻辑链是 meet M's goal推 increase product quality和原命题正好是逆命题啊，不等价！！OH...自从听了费允杰的音频关于各种逆否命题。。。对于归纳就越发模糊了。。。。。。。。。

C 的意思是要meet Megacorp公司的goal，即meet and exceed customers'

expectations的必要条件（必须）产品质量会持续进步。原文customers expect

high quaility, 所以只要质量持续进步了 才有可能满足或超过消费者期望。你

可能把必要和充分条件搞混了，要事一个结果成立可能有很多因素，如A1，A2，

A3，……推出B。但B要成立，A1一定要满足。

我觉得这是个逻辑循环的题：
Premise 1: customer expects high quality; high quality raises customer's expectation.
Premise 2: company's goal is to meet or exceed customer expectation.
Question: Draw a conclusion

因为premise 1是一个逻辑循环，premise 2是逻辑循环的一部分(customer expectation), 所以结论应该是跟逻辑循环的另一部分(high quality)有关，就是我们绕着这个逻辑圈走。

C选项做出的结论中用了only if: A only if B, B是A的必要但不充分条件。XDF有个例子是：
The picnic will be canceled only if it rains. (A=The picnic cancels, B=it rains)
B是A的必要但不充分条件，我们可以知道取消野餐的唯一条件就是下雨了。即通过取消野餐我们就必然能推断出天下雨了。但是反之不然，天下雨了，还可以推断出别的很多情况，比如下雨了，路就会很泥泞等等。

再看C选项中，
A=Megacorp's goal is possible to meet，B=continuing advances in product quality are possible。B是A的必要但不充分条件。即Megacorp达到目标(meet or exceed customer's expectation) 的唯一条件是product quality进步了。这就符合了我们原文的逻辑循环(因为customer expect high quality)。但是反之不然，advances in product quality导致的结果就有很多了，比如product的耐用性更好或者环保性更好等等，B就不是A的充分条件了。

Meet customer expectation一定能推出 提高品质，我觉得不一定诶， 可以是其他方式meet啊

因为passage中谈论的customer的expectation是high quality, 所以要meet customer的这个expectation，那么就需要提高product quality.
假如customer的expectation是enviromental product, 那么要meet customer的这个expectation就需要develop environmental product.
所以总的来说，还是要看passage中告诉的信息吧~
