1)A. 改成 fame. fame 当动词时有这么用的吗? fame 是被动用法, 是"使动词"吧.
2) D.改成  importance.  我的理解是 of great importance = great important .那么, 去掉C. 岂不更好?
3)A. 改成 difficulty ,为什么? it 没指代. that 指代 difficulty 吗? 这句怎么看怎么别扭.

1。这题我也不明白。

2。如果按照你的说法改成great important，是两个形容词并列，而形容词是不能修饰形容词的。

3。这个是it is...that...的强调句型。it is后面跟的是句子要强调的部分，整句话的正常语序是：difficulty in communication causes visitors to Africa the most trouble。
