请教一个语法问题

突然糊涂了…就是现在分词在句首的时候，主语等于后面的句子主语 那这种情况算不算错呢：
announcing that****，in the year 1987 the scientists observed***
逗号后面加了一个时间状语的话，这个句子是不是就错了？

开始我也以为是插入时间的错误
后来一想 状语位置应该不影响句子结构 这个题错误 大概是描述不够简单

我觉得这题主要是通过语义来判断：
A选项  who became the first woman and was also the first Swedish writer 成为第一个女人逻辑上不对
B/C把原来从属关系的两个部分改成并列的两个部分了。
E把原来从属关系调了个个，原来从属的主句了，原来主句该从属了。

D用一个同位语修饰，没有改变从属关系，同时became in 1909 the first woman and also the first Swedish writer 第一个女性瑞典作家符合逻辑。
