我觉得E的have 要变成has才对啊，而且这句是定语从句么？如果是的话，为什么没有that引导，这里that指代maket sales啊是宾语啊怎么能省略呢

E最‘传统’的表达方式为it would have conceded to rivals in the past，但是这样的结构回有in the past修饰rivals的歧义所以要把in the past置前，所以have为原型没有错，另外that这里省略是可以的，貌似所有从句中只有表语从句中的引导词不能省略（这点我也不是很确定）

这句话是定语从句，可是 mass market sales 在定语从句中作为 宾语，故引导词可以省略。
