I think taking national security into consideration, government should have the right to access their citizens’ Internet Active history because although it is known that as a citizen, everyone should obey laws and regulations, some people still want to realize their goals by threatening national interests. Under such conditions, it is necessary for government to be authorized to prevent these people from doing harm to nation security.
1. Government has the responsibility to protect national security. The government represents the general will of most citizens and in a democratic society, obeying laws and regulations help citizens pursue their real interests. But if some individuals disobey laws to do harm to other ones or even national security, governments should be responsible for protecting nations and their citizens from harm.
2. A good example can be found in the case that international terrorists are more and more using the internet to communicate with other and broadcast some horrible information because the internet is open to everyone. Under such circumstances, to trace terrorists, it is obvious that certain government department should have rights to get access the history record of some people.

Without extensive actions among countries, no country will sacrifice its own interests when others do not. It is unfair, and it is hard to achieve. Furthermore, nations, like people, tend to rationalize their own self-serving policies and actions. Developing country may argue that developed country should make much more sacrifices since they use more sources and they can better afford to make it.
2.        Resource issue is a global issue. Efforts of individual nations to solve the energy conservation would not work well. No individual country is able to do it independently.
3.        The best and the most efficient way is that the whole world conserves the energy simultaneously and collectively. Only by this way of an international effort, have we made some progress.

however, the effect of multinational corporations is far from eliminating regional deference. The corporations itself is blend in the regional features. In order to attract local customers, multinational corporations do good to promote and incorporate the culture of the target country with their products and services.
