中欧说，中英文的推荐信都可以接受，但是到底是中文的好还是英文的好呢？

If your recommender is an expatriate, no wonder in English. If he/she is Chinese, up to your/his/her discretion. If your recommender's English is not so good, better in Chinese.

我的两个推荐人都是中国人，英语不是特别好，怕他们写出来暴多病句，所以我特地叮嘱他们，千万别写英文，就写中文，呵呵。

依本人愚见，如果你能找到比较了解你而且跟你共过事的，能写英文推荐信的，最好是用英文。

Don't worry, language doesn't matter.

Just prepare it as a normal requested application materials. My understanding, recommendation letters are not so important unless there is some amazingly outstanding stories about you.
