可能我在why MBA里面就把career goal问了，所以就没单独问。总共半小时不到。因为我也没什么太多问题问。感觉电话面试还是不如face to face有激情啊，老想对着稿子念

hi all,
Just finished Simon. It's my first time telephone-interview, quite different feeling from that of the face to face one. Anyway, it's not bad and my interviewer is a very nice lady with beautiful voice.
My questions:
1. Tell me about your academic and professional experience.
2. Follow up questions like why you think you are a good fit for the education cause and etc.
3. Career goal, why MBA and why Simon
4. Share me your overseas experience.
5. Questions to ask
6. How to finance your tuition?
7. Other schools you applied and how's the status?
8. Would you like to add more additional infomation for candidacy?
Actually, I am quite surprised with the last three questions for i always think "questions to ask" should be normally the last question, hehe

共33分钟，中间不知为什么间断过一次，我又打过去了，完成！两天了还没有通知，担心ing……不知道什么时候可以有消息

Had a very intense telephone interview with Simon this morning. Lasted about 36 minutes.

Interview is not scaring at all. Just be yourself. Tell them a true you. You'll be fine.

I had interview with Ross last week. Too normal questions. Not as challenging as Simon's. Well, after interview with Ross, I just felt very lost coz I don't know if I did it good or bad.
With Simon, it's differnt experience. I have a feeling I can get the admission from this school. Simon gave me the chance to demonstrate my strengths with the tough questions. Well, normal questions gave me impression that they don't wanna know more about me.
So, guys, easy questions don't tell anything; tough questions do.... It's actually a good thing to be bombarded with tough questions.

1.26上海希尔顿simon面试归来，献上面经。
今天上海下了好几年不见的大雪。
还有老爸开完会回来送我，不然估计taxi叫不到。大家去面试的话还是提早去，早去总归比迟到好。
提早10分钟就到了，整理一下就进去了阿
看到一个foreign women,和两个男的一个女的，校友吧
foreign women很和蔼热情，让我脱掉外套，吃点东西，有不少吃的东西啊，我不贪吃的，拿了瓶矿泉水。
接下来她介绍了女校友给我面试，要赞一下的阿，kind阿，气质很好的
领我到另一个房间去面试。路中他说今天雪大，路上还方便？怎么来的？她看了一下我的材料，就问我开始了吗？

我觉得她还是根据你回答的问题，顺着下去的，逻辑性很强啊，simon的特色。
大家还是要把简历弄熟阿。
我why school?准备的不太好，有点泛泛而谈了。她追问还有吗？
在这里要赞一下阿，helen很kind的阿，紧张的心情到后面就放松了阿
对了，还有如何适应国外的生活？
因为觉得有点像聊天，所以问题记得不是很全，大家就凑合着吧！
最后问了点问题，她也给了我个机会和adminssion foreign women 聊了一会，问了点问题。
面完也没有很多感觉，希望能有好的结果吧！

2小时前结束的Simon的面试
面试的是个2004年毕业的校友好像，人说话非常的Nice，面试非常轻松，首先介绍一下我的工作，然后谈到了上海，他说他来过上海，不过是1999年，我就跟他说起这几年来上海变化相当大，谈到中国的股市近年的热火朝天，还谈到旅游，他好像去过黄山，然后我就跟他说起我去过的那些旅游景点如何如何。
当然，常规的Why MBA, why Simon这种问题也有，还有一个比较传统的问题就是让我说说我的leadership experiences。
希望我的经历能对大家有用，同时也祝愿自己能得到Simon的offer

刚结束simon的面试
持续了40分钟，面试官很Nice，说话有些快，不过还好能跟上（除了第一段的开场白，一大段介绍，背得倍儿溜）。第一个问题不是general的why MBA，而是针对我的工作经历发问，然后一段段工作经历谈，然后问到职业目标和规划，然后才回到why MBA和why now。然后又是谈职业规划，每个问题都基本前后衔接。所以还是应该以自己的resume为基础，好好把自己做过什么，想以后做什么，为什么这几个问题拟一下。最后问道financial support的问题。然后我回问了三个问题，有关当地情况的，叭啦叭啦又一大通，主要介绍了rochester当地的文化，看来是个文化底蕴很强的城市。

我申请的是最后一轮，上周去SIMON 面试，过了2天面试官打电话来说被录取了。开心ING ～～
面试约50分钟，聊得口很干，中途喝了很多水。
1. what brings you to ****(a city in US)
2. what do you do during ***( one year gap)
3. travel experience in US
4. WHY mba
5. if you are still in the company, will you choose mba
6. accomplishment in this company
7. your strength
8. explain the reason from engineering to business
9. how do you feel when working in an international company? any difficulty? how to overcome ?
10.short term goal after mba
11. why choose international management as concentration? why not brand marketing
12. what factors do you consider when choosing school
13. payment plan?

总结，在面试中互动比较好，聊到最后时间不够，因为他们 还安排了我面试结束后去CLASS VISIT
然后匆匆结束，还没来及说什么时候给我消息呢
