一道题目是这个意思，政府做了一个调查说，现在要搞地铁，有多少人同意呢？然后投票结果是有80%的人同意了，原因就是因为那80%的人都觉得妈的人人都开车上下班，搞得高速公路太他妈的拥挤了，所以投票同意搞地铁能够让一些sb坐地铁上下班，这样子自己开车就爽很多了，然后这个结果是不能够真正解决高速公路拥挤的，因为我靠竟这80%的人都是处于同一个目的－－－－即让其他人坐地铁自己开车上下班（就是a选项的意思）所以人人都这么想，所以就算地铁搞好了，人人还是想自己开车等着别人去坐地铁，所以这个提议就算成功了。也没有作用。。。。。这个解释够清楚了吧

第二道题目纯属数学问题。。。。。。。  你一定在想B不对是因为比40000收入多的人都不落在 40000到60000这个区间里面的话，B不对了，但是我告诉你这个是不可能的，因为。。。。。。条件告诉我们在M这个sb城市里面比40000收入多的人，是全世界最多的。同事在S这个城市里面比60000多的人也是全世界最多的。如果在M城市那个比40000的人群不落在40000～60000这个区间里面的话，就会有两个世界第一世界最多，所以矛盾。懂了不？希望可以帮到你
