看了不少论坛上解释，但是觉得还是很模糊
有个说法是E省略了the poeple,但是补上后数量跟人比一样不行啊，那C为什么不可以呢？

因为nearly eight million people是人不是数量，所以你才会搞不清楚。

因此C是错的，C表示j那eight million people与进入大学的人们完全属于同一群

人(EQUAL)，而非指数量上面的相同。试比较A are equal to B以及the number of

A is equal to thenumber of B的不同。
E是对的，因为他是人和人比。nearly eight million people与(people) are

enrolled in比。
