可是正确答案(C)似乎是对premise的重复，因为premise已经说interview可以eliminate 不符合企业要求的人了，而根据P==>C的推导，正确答案应该偏向：能否排除不适合企业的人是判断hiring program是否成功的重要因素啊~~~可能我想多了吧，就是觉得（C）选项不符合题目的逻辑推导啊~~求NN指正！！

我懂了…关键是 Although a interview has the potential to eliminate the unsuitable applyers, whether it is so effective as to be essential for hiring program is determined by the interviewers' accurate judgement.  谢谢两位了！感激不尽~~
