At first glance, the argument does seem to be very thorough and convincing. A careful examination of it, however, will reveal how groundless it is. In addition, we do not have to look far to see the invalidity of the argument, since it is problematic for the following reasons.
First of all, the obvious problem with the argument is that the author fails to establish a connection between ---and---. Until these questions are answered, the results of the survey are worthless as evidence for the conclusion.

The author falsely depends on gratuitous assumption that.... However, no evidence is stated in the argument to support this assumption. In fact, this is not necessarily the case. For example, it is more likely that.... Therefore, this argument is unwarranted without ruling out such possibility.
