看到好多人都在纠结C，按照简洁原理可以直接pass掉。。。可A肿么错了，我搞不懂believe什么时候用主动什么时候用被动？？

Quasars是被相信。。。不是Quasar自己相信。。。所以believed不能看做是过去式的谓语，即使是Quasar自己相信什么，也不能说Quasar 相信 to be。。。，就像没有I believe to be ...的搭配一样，所以A没有谓语
