A certain telephone number has 7 digits. If the telephone number

　　　　我想是这样的吧:7个号码,包括3个0,不包括1,是C3,6*8^4;7个号码不包括
　　　　质数是C3,6*4^4.
　　　　所以答案就是1-C3,6*4^4/C3,6*8^4=15/16

请解释一下为何C3,6*8^4?
