B里面的are 可不可以看成是 are able to,省略了able to？

such+adj.+n.是非常规范的用法。
so亦可用于so+adj+n.,但只能用于单数名词。如：so good a book,
do代表command.
所以只能选C。
正确的语序应为：
Superstars have never been able to command such extraordinary fees before in the history of musical as they do today.

认为这个中心词是名词，如果用SO + adj  后面不能有名词吧

另外，用are（补出系动词）是毫无根据的。do =》command

so的用法：so as to; so that (不能用 so as )
such的用法：such as和 such that

我觉得应该从后半句‘they are today’和‘they do today’解题。另外，such...as...用得多一些。如果其他部分完全一样，应该优先选择与原题一样的答案。

但是答案是C...C里的do代替的是command.
但我还是觉得B好。错在哪里呀？

Lousia , so + a. > such + n.(abstract noun.) it is always the case
and I agree with you (B里面的are 可以看成是 are able to,省略了able to)
