Rent estimate: 1 br/1 bath $805-1015; 2 br/1-1.5 bath: 925-1015; 2br/1.5 bath: 1320-1350(town home); 3 br/2.5 bath 1450-1475(town home);
utilities included in rent: Wi-fi, sewer,trash.
2. Forest Plaza (高层公寓楼）
715 S. Forest Ave. AA, phone: 734-663-4101 website: http://www.campusmgt.com/
Amenities: washer/dryer on site, cable, parking, internet service for free. most importantly within walking distance to Ross.
Rent estimate: 2 br/2bath $1600
utilities included heat water internet parking. (heat还是很重要的，到冬天大概会要一个月100-200块呢）
3. Hidden Valley Club （2-3层楼）

和woodbury 差不多，但是稍微便宜一点，环境没有woodbury那么好，2br/2 bath $770-795 2br/1 bath 810-820 studio 545-570 1br/1bath 659-704
