问题：这题我选对了，但还是搞不清答案A是怎么推导出来的。
19)“many people change their will”那道
问题：文中不是说"would not be a problem to begin with",为什么答案A中说是“ patial solution”

19) executor面临的问题有两个：不知道哪个没注明日期的遗嘱是最新的，不知道最近起草的是否已经生效。他的建议是：每一份遗嘱都注明日期，并且在每一份新遗嘱中说明将取代以前哪一个。他的建议只能解决第一个问题：知道哪一份是最新的。不能解决第二次问题。

10. The question is saying: one desicion style is to  seek the widest possible input from other advisers. But the desicion makers often argue for a particular idea to evaluate if their real reservations ( what they reaaly want to make or say but not say out) is unique. ==> A is correct:  If certain decision makers’ statements ( their argument) are quoted accurately and at length; the content of the quote could nonetheless be greatly at variance with the decision eventually make.
