nice to receive your help. i suppose that solving the cr problems really needs precious helps from g-fans such as u. however, the answer is c. this one comes from pp2 which is quite authentical.i have a feeling that some gre cr questions are not very easy. i hope we can, together, tackle these hard problems. waiting for your suggestions. u may even write down your thoughts about this ones. looking forward to your support.

应该是选C,A new proposal suggests making a unanimous vote in the senate is sufficient（已经充分） to change the constitution.所有的senate一致投票就可以改变constitution,所带来的后果--如果采用这个建议constitution可不经general council批准即可更改。
这和“使得increase the voice of the alumni in the conduct of university affairs.”没有关系

答案是D，但偶认为D不好，原因为题目中根本没有提到过violator，并且D的IF从句也是文章中没有提到的，文章只是说an increase in parking violations will result in a greater number of parking fines collected. 而increase in parking violation并不等于more parking violators(violator完全可以不增加而只是次数增加啊）。
