对，用过去完成时可以体现出一个先后顺序：先是过去完成时，然后是一般过去式的事情，有这么一个时间轴上先后的顺序关系。

1.B换成she was错误，因为前面有过去时间点，had done出现，强调时间顺序。证明了个逻辑关系，因为become ill，她才退伍的。

Bat,看到你在，请教一下啊，1，B中的she had became如果换成D中的she was是否依然正确？是不是had became强调她慢慢变的一个过程，而she was有她本来就有太多伤病的意思，和前文的逻辑意思“她是由于参军受伤才有很多伤病的”不符啊。
2，我查了一下词典，D选项中的injured本身就有被动的意思啊，为什么还要特别加上was，是为了要强调她被伤害还是说要和后面这个也要用被动意思的词discharge保持平行对称啊
