e的定语从句部分由巨大的问题，如果说whom指代的是a single ancestor的话，那么还原定语从句部分就是 it was thought a singhle ancestor had lived 14000 years ago 这里有两处错误，首先 a single ancestor并不是it is thought的宾语，不可以用whom指代， 其次had lived 14000 years ago 有确定的时间点，不可以用过去完成时态
d是正确的，它的句子意思是这个a single ancestor在14000年前已经存在了，而且是thought to 所以have用原型。
不是道lz有没有明白，貌似说得有点复杂！

呵呵   E中的it没有指代 作形式主语和a single ancestor都无法还原

貌似是不可以的吧~我觉得~因为那个who在后面的定语从句中是充当主语成分的，（虽然指代前面的那个词是宾语），但是应该以后面的定语从句为准吧~我是这么觉得的~不知道对不对

1、关系代名词的使用：排除ABCE
who只能指代人（chromosomes不是人）
whom在句中为宾语位置（找不到可放哪里）

2、Logical Predication：排除ABC
所有的Y染色体都源自于“同一祖先的Y染色体”
Y染色体只有一个，a single ancestor's省略的是chromosomes
Y染色体源自染色体而非源自祖先

think to do和appear to do有异曲同工之妙。之所以用think to have done，是因为要体现出这个done是发生在think这个词之前的。比如【我们这些人（现在）想恐龙存在过（过去的事）】。因为用了to这个不定式，所以只能再通过have done的形式，来体现出这个时间轴的先后。
