请问要自己打印表格吗？

请问有些学校不要求网上申请的，但是要从网上DOWN资料的，我发现里面有些有表格的，不会是要自己打印出来填，这样寄回学校吧？还是等到要申请了在问学校要专门的表格来填呢？

另外，是先pay fee 再索取表格填，还是寄资料过去时再付呢？谢谢先

For some schools, both ways are acceptable. But, make sure the policies of the schools by checking the web sites of them.

Usually, you make your payment with your application packages. And it's for sure that one needn't pay any fee for the forms of the schools.
