答案是a,题目说卖房子的数量减少了,但是平均价格升高了。c说因为新房子的价格升高了。这样就能解释价格升高的原因了。为什么不可以阿。[em12]

因为贷款利率升了 所以新房的销售量少了

但是 新房的平均售价大幅提高了

问如何解释? 那么在答题之前就可以运用数学知识大致判断一下:肯定是在所卖的新房中高价房多了.

A符合这个判断, C只是说过去三年价格上涨了,不能就此证明今年也涨了,何况C价格上涨的原因是increasing shortage of housing,而题中已经告诉大家人们都在观望,销售量是减少了.
