c有三个错误，首先that指代不清，前面有两个单数名词，requirement和minimum；其次罗索；最关键的是，这道题目比较的是天数，而不是minium。如果选择c，变成了航空公司有两个minium，一个是7天的，一个是14天的；而题目的实际意思是把minium14天改成7天

D,from... to... 的顺序是不能改的。7d minimum不知道能不能这样用，即使能，也应该是from 14d minimum to 7d minimum.

E,that=the one，不能代替a minimum，因为不是7 day's minimum，a minimum of 7 days的中心词是7 days。
