3.2 I split to talk about my career goal

3.3 back to Why MBA, the speccifc reasons

4. Why BC? I answered 2 reasons and she asked me for another, bla bla

5. My questions, I ask three quiz, she talked a lot; her speed is so fast that I have to parden for about 4 times in the whole interview.

6. ending bullshit, she leave me her tele and if I have any further quiz... blabla. Talk about my app states, she don't know I had submitted my package, so it's blind.
..

It only lasted for about 25 min, I think it's not good. but better than my previous 2.

One important tip: You got to be passionate! to sell yourself.

I just finish BU phone interview.

Boston University (BU) MBA 面试 ( 2007-2-1)
又是BU的。

北京时间01:22分，刚刚结束BU的面试，整体感觉一般！

本来应该是对方打电话来，结果。。。。

经过一轮转接，接电话的是个MM。声音很温柔，也很Nice，寒暄了一下Boston的天气，就开始了：

Why MBA?
一个leadership经历
棉对unexpect情况的经历，回答的比较乱
你最自豪的一个时刻，恢复状态
之后到我提问：

每年多少中国大陆学生？（明知故问的问题）
When I can get the final decision? 她说到Decision Deadline之前的几周
整体还是太紧张了，中间两个问题回答的比较混乱，气氛倒是一直很轻松，结束的时候对方依然很nice，建议我早点休息，说北京时间已经很晚了。。。

就是不知道最后结果如何了。

Boston University (BU) MBA 面试 (2007-1-27)
今天下午被Associate Director of Admissions 面了。感觉一般，因为这是我的第一个面试，有点儿紧张。最糟糕的是还迟到了，周末堵车，my fault, should have left earlier。不过面试官司很nice，较亲切。

一点儿信息，也许有用：BU的面试都是blind， 我问他了，他说面试前不看application。 另外关于国际学生的form, 包括bank statement 等，可以现在不交，等得到offer以后再交。我说我的application status 显示 incompelete，他说那没关系，虽然上面说是necessary, 但他们考虑是否录取时这并不是一个因素。

新鲜的Boston University MBA 面经
刚刚面完Boston University，感觉狂差。 主要是由于选择了skype这个软件，通话质量和通话效果都不是很好。总共大概有25分钟吧，问了一些很常见的问题，像why MBA, why BU等，感觉只要是好好准备了还是很好对付的。希望对大家能有帮助。

Boston University MBA 电话面经分享
12月22日来的interview invitation，约了1月11日美国东部时间早上10:00的电话面试，上海这里就是晚上11:00点，偶喝了好多咖啡才能撑着不睡。废话少说送上面经：

10:58:32 开始拨号，已经和自已说了多遍了不要紧张，可明显手还是抖的，等拨完接通的时候还在想是不是拨错号了。通话质量不好，一个MM的声音，听上去还很年轻，她说她是Admission Officer,在说名字的时候电话杂音，我没听到，于是接下去只能很谦卑的称她madam。她很温和的开始提问：

MM：你是啥时候从××××大学毕业的？
我：2002年毕的业。

MM：跟我说说你毕业后的经历
我：照着简历给她重新念了一遍，做了若干个同义改写。（还以为她要针对我的简历问些其它问题，结果没有，而且当我说的时候没有听到任何一点响应，感觉狂不好。所以加快语速过）

MM：为啥想读MBA捏？
我：！℃＃＄％￥§×（〔〕（照着稿子狂念一通，但是听前人说最好不要让人听出你在照本宣科，于是打了几个格楞想制造一下假象，因我作了同步录音，事后放出来听听，那个假啊！没有演技 ：P。 奉劝XDJM，没有演技就不要装 be yourself。念得慢一点，发音清楚一点就可以了。这是电话面试的弊端对方也会体谅的。

MM：关于leadship的问题
我：我的经历比较丰富，在leadership这个问题上有很多故事，您想听哪种，成功的还是失败的？（笨死了，两种都说说呗！谁叫你自称经历丰富捏？）

MM：＃$$%% （意思就是您有多少料，您就曝多少）
我：不依不饶，就是要她说想听哪个 （不但笨还顽固还没礼数）

MM：放弃了，随便你啦！想说啥就说啥，成功失败都可以
我：blablabla

MM：和我说说你所作的一个重要的决定
我：关于什么方面？是私人的，工作方面的，还是什么？（天啊！有种想杀了自已的冲动，我问题还真多！）

MM：随便
我：blablabla （这个MM还真随便，可惜我也是MM，而且我是straight，不是蕾丝边，拜托不要随便）

MM：Good （为什么这么说？请不要给我太多希望，如果结局注定失望。）
MM：我已经问了你那么多问题，你有什么要问我的吗？


我：有很多问题呢！在你们的MBA项目里，除了一般的课程外，是不是有开些专题讲座之类呢？
MM：有，我们有开很多类型的讲座。（MM惜字如金啊！我想问for example的，但是鉴于前面问题问得太多了，还是闭嘴吧！后来后悔了，该问的不问，真是蠢到家了。）

我：How about the placement of the International students?
MM：不错呢！由于他们国际化的背景与本地学生相比在就业方面的优势还是很明显的，就业率有96％（感觉上BU，还是很喜欢international student）

我：How long I can get decision
MM：We will send you an email at the beginning of next week.

我：I hope to know your personal comments on Chinese student in BU, their advantages and disadvantages （这个问题好蠢啊！）
MM：！℃＃＄％％￥ק（她都不屑于回答，三句两句打哈哈就过去了，她肯定觉得偶很SB，这种话题都好意思拿出来问）

结束的时候客套了几句，最后我说，感谢您的耐心，and have a nice day，感觉她还是很开心的。

老美电话里基本上都是很客气，很nice的，这点我就不行，很僵呢！感觉生硬，语气语调冷冰冰的，我听了自已的录音，想表达的意思都在了。面试统共才用了25分钟，感觉效果不是很好，问题是出在照着稿子念，所以语气语调都干吧吧的，流利是流利了，但是给人的感觉没有亲和力，你压根就没有在和人交谈，你只是在念你写的essay而且毫无感情色彩，叫人没有想听下去的欲望。

23号还有olin商学院的一个电话面试，我打算重新准备过，只罗列大纲和主题句，哪怕语言组织嗑嗑吧吧，决不再照本宣科。

可惜啊！原本对BU还是很有信心的呢！自求多福吧！

晚上10:00喝了很多咖啡一夜无眠啊！想了很多呢！

Today I completed my interview of BU

In about twenty minutes, there is nothing unexpecting, all three question is common question given in common order:

1) about your working experience (I introduced myself in brief);

2) leadership

3) member

4) something about one detail in my presentation

5) some question for her (my interviewer)
