s.v.o, with n. modifier.这个类型的独立主格中with后面的n.是s.所拥有的东西，with是“拥有”的含义

NN, 这个正确句子中，some 和others之间为何没有连词？加上连词and, 或者while对吗？
另外，each had a written charter that set forth its form of government ....里面的set 应该是主动表达，为何不是sets？

加连词也没问题，不用加连词是因为这两个成分都不包含谓语。
set是过去式哦。
