Make sure you write a statement of purpose directed to IIT. Some
students write one statement for all the places they apply and then
sometimes forget to change the names of the schools. Make sure you
mention some of the things that are unique about IIT (where it is
located, who the faculty you are interested in working with, etc) so
people know you have at least studied the school a little. |
