题目其实就是weaken这个concern，就是说不会威胁到其他珍稀鸟的安全

A. blackbirds每次都最先迁徙到M省，会把毒药先吃完的，威胁不到其他鸟
B. 吃了毒药不能下蛋，这可以严重威胁珍稀鸟的种群繁衍，错

这个A选项，没有说blackbird会全部吃完毒药，如果还有残余毒药，也会影响其他migratory bird的。。我觉得不能推断出B把全部毒药吃完

原文看出：迁徙鸟的食量很大，farmers只是放了少量的poisoned rice。
迁徙鸟第一个到达，所以会把少量的poisoned rice都吃完，不会威胁到其他migratory bird

我把rare migratory birds理解成少迁徙的鸟 也就是native to the province，所以选的C

是不是这样理解必须是rarely才行？？
