An International Student Body
The Kenan-Flagler community celebrates the cultures and cuisines of the school's students during Asia Night. The event is organized by the International Business Assn., which also sponsors a global trends speaker series, Fiesta Latina, the International Food Festival, and other cultural events.

The student body at Kenan-Flagler includes a sizeable portion of international students: Nearly one-third of the MBA class comes from outside the U.S.

Life After the MBA
After graduating, about 30% of MBA students go into financial services, 17% to consulting, and 10% to technology, with a smattering of students taking jobs in health care, real estate, consumer products, and other industries. Among top recruiting firms are Bank of America, McKinsey & Co., and Deloitte Consulting. The average base salary for recent graduates is $95,647 with an average signing bonus of $22,578.

Undergraduate Business
There are about 700 students in Kenan-Flagler's top-ranked undergraduate business program. Business majors at the school must takes courses in all areas of business during their junior year. To finish off their degrees, students take electives, along with classes from other departments at the school.

About 80% of undergraduate business students had a high school GPA of 3.71 or higher, and the average SAT score (on a 1600 scale) is 1335. At graduation, about half take jobs in the financial services industry. Top recruiters include Bank of America, Kraft, and General Mills, among others. The average salary is about $52,000.
