How many interviewed you?:
An admissions officer (a senior one). He told me he read my application and had questions.
How long were the interviews?:
34 minutes including introduction and my questions.
Who were the interviewers?:
Administrative or admissions staff
What was the most difficult question?:
Tell me about a work you had to know with people different from you, or someone you didn't get along with, or someone whose personality is different than yours.
I was also asked questions about my professional experience, none of which was difficult.
Did you feel prepared?:
Yes - Yes - I recommended the following:
1. Read the MIT interview guide (BEI-type interview).
2. Take the questions that I copied at the bottom and find at least two situations that you may talk about for each questions. These situations are what MIT refers to as STARs.
3. For each situation, find some class or something that relates to MIT. For example, if you talk about conflict, a certain class so you could say something like "and in MIT I would certainly like to take Prof. Doe's class that deals with such issues".
4. Write 3-4 bullets that should be repeated across your interview. For example, "fit to school", "contribution to other students". And then during the interview, make sure you address these issues.
5. Write 2-3 questions you have about the school for the interview.
6. Find some things new about yourself or the application. For example, mention you talked to more alums, etc.
7. Make sure you keep mentioning your fit to the school.
8. If you visited the school - mention it!
How did you prepare?:
Yes. I had space and time to emphasize virtually every point I wanted to. Like all other applicants, I can't tell if I made a good impression or not, but I felt I've done my best and that's what counts.
Did you receive any feedback at the end?: No - I didn't receive any feedback at the end besides mentioning that "you really did your homework" and that I seem to know a lot about the school.
The interviewer was very candid and friendly but also formal and I wouldn't expect any feedback from him.
What was your opinion of the Faculty?:
Great faculty, the strongest there is in terms of innovativeness and cutting-edge research. Hugh emphasis on technological innovation and entrepreneurship.
What was your opinion of the Alumni?:
Out of all schools, I liked MIT alumni best. Down-to-earth, friendly, not snobish.
What was your opinion of the Office Personnel?:
Nice, welcoming, good service.
Did you receive a tour?: Yes - I attended the Ambassador program. I recommended every serious applicant to take it, I think it counts.
What was most impressive?:
The Argentinian girl who showed me around. She was the best looking MBA students I've seen.
What was least impressive?:
The fact she wore a wedding-ring so I couldn't do much.
Did anything change your opinion of the school? :
No - Visits to other schools made me realize that MIT is great and so do other schools (Daaa).
Was there something you wish you had known ahead of time?:
Yes - If I'm admitted or not. If I had known that ahead of time, I would be happier. Just kidding.
Suggestions for travel to the school?:
No. Boston's expensive. You need a driving license to buy beer even if you look 40 years old. That's about it. Good Luck and give me a top rating in this site - I really worked hard on this feedback!!!!! [P.s. sorry for spelling mistakes]

1. How do you approach a situation where creativity is required, what is your mind process
2. Show an example of difficult interaction
3. Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge that seemed almost impossible to overcome.
4. Describe a problem you have dealt with that other people walked away from.
5. Tell me about a situation where you had to deal with people that you didn’t like or trust
6. Tell me a time when you had to work closely with someone whom you have disagreed or have had a personality conflict. Tell me how you handled it.
7. Tell me about a time when you had to work with a team with many different personalities.
8. Give me an example of when you had to work w/ a difficult colleague, how did you adjust
9. Tell me about a time where you had to guide people towards a common goal.
10. Tell me about a time when you had to sell an idea to your management.
11. Give me a time when you had to convince your superior of something
12. Tell me a time that someone voiced an opinion that differed from yours? How did you handle it?
13. Give an example when your thinking was different from others’
