capability 习惯用法就是capability of doing sth, capability of sb to do/of doing的用法，没有碰到过，个人觉得是错误的，而且不够简洁，完全可以表达为： sb's capability of doing sth

2.undeveliped faculties;qualities,etc,that can be developed
