I do not answer your quetion directly. But I just tell you some facts and you may understand GMAT score rationally. In Harvard Business School, the lowest GMAT socre is 510 in 2002; however, more than 200 applicants whose GMAT score is higher than 790 were refused in the same year. How can tell you which school you can get in? The weight of GMAT socre in an MBA application is only about one third to one fourth. Actually different business school has different criteria to evaluate your application package. Using the same application package, sometimes an applicant is refused by all average level schools but is admitted by a prestigious school because one aspect of the applicant's qualification is the one the prestigious school focuses on. For overseas applicants, perhaps GMAT score is a little bit heavier, but is abosulately ligher than a second.
