[求助]请教三个申请的问题

1。 在线申请时用信用卡付费。customer name填什么啊？填发卡的银行吗？
2。 在会计师事务所工作，从事的是M&A的工作，也在该部门。但是填service line应该填：financial serveice - diversified还是consulting啊？如果填错有关系吗？
3。 工作多少年以下（upon admission）才需要教授写推荐信啊？一遍学校要求两封信。是都让上级写还是一封给教授啊？
