困惑于：定语从句--限制性或非限制性定语从句，以及作定语的分词--现在分词或过去分词，与先行词的位置有什么具体要求吗？
是不是说在诸如： N1 of N2 + 定语（从句或分词）等句型中，定语（从句或分词）可以根据逻辑意思“选择”修饰N1 或是 N2（因为N1或N2是互相修饰关系，只能有其一为先行词，另一则为定语）； 而在诸如：N1 + 地点状语 +定语（从句或分词）等句型中，定语（从句或分词）只能修饰前面最近的先行词（因为状语不是修饰N1的，所以后面的定语也就不能修饰N1）？？？
