and连接两个名词的复合名词？

and连接两个名词的复合名词，后面的谓语动词在什莫情况下都是复数吗？
又没有例外呢？

有例外

如果连接的两个复合名词指代同一个事物时就用单数。如

The famous artist and outstanding physicist Janney Keth loves paintings.

但是如果后面有限定词则要用复数。

The famous artist and the outstanding physicist Janney Keth love paintings.
