All Programs
At the top of the page to the right of the application click on the link for ?u>Update my answers to preliminary questions? Please review your selection. Additional information has been added for international applicants and the choice of either full-time or part-time option is available for the MS Finance and Master of Accounting programs.

Uploaded documents WILL NOT port over to the new version. If you have uploaded documents in the 2007 version they will need to be uploaded again in the new 2008 version.

The first two pages of the application are shared by all programs. Changes made include:
?span style="FONT:7pt 'Times New Roman';">         Removing the questions for US Social Security Number and Marital Status. If offered admission that information will be requested at that time if that person decides to attend.
?span style="FONT:7pt 'Times New Roman';">         Instead of a Home and Work address, we are now asking for your preferred Mailing address on the first page. You are welcome to provide either a home or work address in the new mailing address section. The Executive MBA program specifically wants a work address so that section is on in their program-specific pages now.
?span style="FONT:7pt 'Times New Roman';">         We have also changed address line three to be specific for international students to provide the city, state and/or province, and postal code information since our database restrictions allows us to capture US-only address information in the US City, US State, and US Zip fields to utilize a ZipPlus4 US Postal Service address verification program. By utilizing the address lines for either US or non-US addresses in this way it will increase the efficiency by which we move data for submitted applications electronically into our database due to necessitating less manual clean up required to meet our database specifications. Note from Gina: As the person who cleans up the data before importing it into Olin抯 database for all the programs, I greatly appreciate your making this task a little easier and thank you in advance for your assistance.

Please review the required recommendations for each program on Page 2 of the application forms. To do online recommendations you must register a recommender using the button on the left sidebar. You can do this at any time, even before submitting your application.

A final page on the application form has been added this year which includes a list of all programs and the application fee waivers available for each program. This page will be required to be completed prior to going to the Payment screen. The Payment screen will now offer the choice of 揥aiver?for those who qualify or have received a waiver based on the information entered on the waiver screen.

Program-specific page changes
The PhD and Executive MBA programs have made very few changes from last year抯 application.
EMBA Note: For information about information receptions, open houses, campus visits and off-campus meetings with an Executive MBA program representative, please visit: http://www.olin.wustl.edu/EMBA/forms/info/index.cfm

The Master of Accounting and MS Finance programs have made slight changes, which include:
  • As noted in the All Programs section, the choice of part-time study has been added to the preliminary questions page. Please note that international students needing a student visa must be in a full-time program for Washington University to issue a student visa.
  • The third page now has a section to verify the pre-requisites needed for those programs.
  • The 揼rid?section has been removed from the recommendation form.
  • Deadlines for both programs are January 4, 2008 or March 14, 2008.

The MBA and PMBA programs have made significant changes this year, which include:
  • There is only one essay question required. There is an optional essay available to address anything pertinent that is not included anywhere else in the application materials that you want to bring to the attention of the admissions committee.
  • Page three has been completely changed so be sure to review that page after it goes live if you抳e already started the application.
  • The work history forms have been eliminated. Brief questions about the last two employers are asked on the new page three.
  • We have reduced the number of required recommendations from two to one. A second one is optional. If more than two are submitted, we will use the first two we receive. The 揼rid?section has been removed from the recommendation form on the 2008 version.
  • Please note that Interviews will be by Invitation Only this year.

MBA Notes: Interviews available for non-local visitors to campus. First of four deadlines is November 5th. Off-campus recruiting is in full-swing. On-campus weekend events: Women抯 Weekend, Diversity Weekend, Preview Weekend. For more details go to: http://www.olin.wustl.edu/MBA/Admissions/

PMBA Notes: First of three deadlines for spring 2008 admission is October 1st. Next monthly information session is October 11th.
