OG的解释看明白了，但是想问一下"have conceded"的主语是谁?

当然是it了，也就是company

我对楼上的解释表示一点质疑，如果是it，那么应该是has。我觉得have conceded的主语应该是 sales， 把sales 让步给竞争者。

It (the company) would in the past have conceded (the mass market sales) to rivals.
