大公司跳到微型公司做咨询，会不会影响申请。。。？我从一个500强大公司跳到一个刚成立的咨询公司（美国老板，TOP5 MBA出来创立的）。。这样的职业生涯会影响申请吗？

Hey there!  No, this wont necessarily impact your application.  You just

need to make it clear in your application that you have taken on MORE

responsibility by taking this job.  That is, had you worked at a bigger firm

you would be working on a much more narrow range of responsibilities.  Since

you worked for a smaller firm, you now have the ability to dig DEEPER into

problems, to work closely with principals, to see the big picture—all things

you would NEVER have been able to see, had you been at a BIG firm.  You need

to use this to SELL yourself.  Use this fact to make your app STRONGER—that

way, nobody can hold it against you.  Make sense?  Hope this helps my friend!
