10/25接到Kellogg的interview invitation，校友很nice也很有效率，一下就回复我的邮件和我约好11/10，面试地点是在他的office。面试全程英语，约1小时，我觉得自己挺放松的，就当做聊天。 我把准备好的名片和resume递上去给他，我提议我自己先自我介绍，因为他事前没看过我的resume。interview的问题没太出乎意料的问题，大致如下： - Career Goals
- Why Kellogg?
- How can you contribute to Kellogg?
- What other schools do you apply?
- Leadership experiences?
- Leadership styles?
- What's your GPA and ranking in undergraduate? Your GMAT score?
- What are the biggest challenges in your entrepreneurial business?
- How do you recruit people? How many employees you have?
- Do you follow up the news in IT industry? (We chatted a bit about IT industry)
- What's your plan for your company if you go to Kellogg?
- Before you go to Kellogg, do you have any growth plans for your company?
- What's the revenue of your company?
- Which country you like best since you mentioned you had been to more than 30 countries? Why?
- Questions to him => I basically asked him to share his learning experiences and career progress.
很多问题可能太针对我个人的情况了，不见得对大家都有帮助，就当参考用吧。最后，他告诉我，他当天就会提交interview report给学校，我对他的高效率表示非常感谢！ |
