07年3月 The interviewer is a SY student. She is very nice. She tells me that it is an informal interview and she just wants to know me by this approach. The interview last about an hour. I felt it is a very pleasant conversation. The questions:
- Career path.
- Long term and short term goals.
- Why MBA and why now?
- Why Duke MBA?
- A leadership experience.
- What kind of leadership style do you have and why?
- What would you do if a participant in your team does not contribute or always delays the work?
- What is your strength and weakness?
- What kind of courses will you take for your career goals?
- What B-schools did you apply and why?
- What do you usually do?
