我觉得这个题目的考点

1) double里已经含了increase的意思，所以不能说increase....double，所以，A&B不对

2)按语意来讲，特别是since的存在，应该用完成时态，所以D&E不对

答案是C

另外，since then放在最后的化，割裂了circulation 和 advertising，感觉也不太对

不知道分析的有没有道理：）

since then 用在事件后，即其之前多用完整句子来刻画某事件发生了。

这里，founded in 1983 并不是完整句子，而是分词结构，所以应用 since
