C好点，E主要是感觉with the result that的结果好像太复杂了。C的逻辑关系是这里的，小蜜的扎导致这样一个事实。然后是讲了这个事实。简化一下就是 stinger results in the fact.

E里面有两个地方我觉得不太好。第一，and前后连接系表结构和一般现在时，不是很对称，不平行。第二，with the result是个啰嗦的说法，ETS不喜欢。

至于C的逻辑关系，原句的意思应该是：因为小蜜的刺是怎么怎么样的，所以导致了怎么怎么样。所以我觉得逻辑上用stinger做主语没错，主语应该不是the act of stinging。
