Patio是小正方形，外面四边是宽为X的跑道。
根据题目列出方程（3X+5)^2-(x+5)^2=132,大正方形-正方形天井的面积就是跑道的面积。
得出X=3,天井面积=（3+5）^2=64
为什么答案是100呢？
