这道题目，我想考点就是穷举法，就像第二楼说的那样，把1－9的倒数都列出来，然后一目了然

满足1）的只有3

满足2）的有两个3和6

所以选A。

我的解法是：由1得到1/n > n/10，所以n<＝3，n＝1和2时显然不符合

由2得到1/n>n/100 , 所以n< 10，其中3和6都满足。

估计你没仔细看题，9是不符合条件1的。条件1说1/n的十分位数和n一样，1/9不满足条件吧？只有1/3满足条件；而条件2说1/n的百分位和n一样，则1/3和1/6都满足条件，不确定是哪个数。个人感觉考试时还是用穷举法比较容易，复习的时候还是要按公式来作。
